FREE SPEECH PROTEST.
The Auckland Transport Board's Tramway and Omnibus Employees' Union has passed the following resolution: "That we send an emphatic protest to the Minister of Justice against the sentences passed on the members of the Auckland Free Speech Council, and we as an industrial organisation view with alarm such sentences as unjust and brutal/'
