REDUCED BUS FARES.
CITY-TE PAPAPA SERVICE
The Auckland Transport Board this morning granted permission to the Suburban Buses, Limited, to charge a special return fare of 1/ on the City-Te Papapa service, subject to certain conditions. The company was also granted, permission to operate two buses instead of one, to avoid overloading on certain trips. -
The reduced was 1/2 previously—will apply to trips made on buses leaving Te Papapa for the City between the hours of, 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. and on all days except Sundays and Saturdays. The trips on which two buses will run, providing it is found necessary, will be 7.10 a.m., 7.45 a.m. and 8.15 a.m. iron Te Papapa, and 5.10 p.m. (Mondays to Fridays), and 9.10 p.m. (Fridays only) from the City.
