CONVERSION OF LOANS. debentures or other securities issued m respect of the following loans. —

Notice is Hereby Riven to the holders of debentures or other securities issued by the Feilding Borough Council In respect or the above mentioned loans, that it is ii,tended to convert all such debentures or other securities (except those in respect of which dissent is dulv signified) into new debentures having new maturity dates and bearing interest at 4i per cent, per annum. „*,,„„ 1a „ *„,- in respect of any new security, the specified maturity date of which Is a date later than the Ist day of October, 1942, the Council will reserve the right to redeem same on such date prior to that so specified (but not earlier than the Ist October, 1942) as the Council may fix by notice in that behair published In the New Zealand Gazette at least six months before such date. . «„„n„„.«„„ D <•„„ The Conversion will take effect from the Ist day of October, 1934. Applications for Conversion must be in writing, and be accompanied by the securities to which tll6V FGlcltG Dissent from the Conversion or any existing debentures or other securities may bo signified by the holder by notice In writing delivered to the Town Clerk, Post Office Box 20, Feilding, or to the Manager of any branch or the Bank or New Zealand, In New Zealand, on or before the loth day or October, 1934. if notice of dissent from the Conversion or any debentures or other securities 18 not received by that date, the securities will be converted. The rate of interest on any debentures or other securities in respect or which dissent is signified as aforesaid, will, by virtue or Section 18 or the above mentioned Act, be reduced to two-thirds or the original rate as from the Ist October. 1934.
