HEAL OPEN SORES.
De Valera Pensions for Rebels And Loyalists. RISING AND CIVIL WAR. (Hccelved 11.30 n.ra.) LONDON, August 5. The "Daily Sketch" Dublin correspondent says that the Free State Forces Pensions Bill proposes a pension for every male who took part on either side in the 191 C rising and the 1922 civil war. Mr. de Valera says that the granting of pensions to whoever, according to their own lights, fought for or against the State would assist to heal open sores.
