FOR TWENTY YEARS.
POUISHNOFF ENGAGEMENT. (By Telegraph.— Own Correspondent.) DUNEDIN, this day. Mi*. Leff Pouishnoff, the Russian pianist, who is. visiting New Zealand, has contracted with Mr. Hugo Larsen, the conductor of his present tour, for a 20 years' engagement. The contract guarantees Mr.- Pouishnoff 156 concerts each year. An insurance policy of £20,000 on the artist's hands was taken over by Mr. Larsen when the contract was signed here. This is said to be the first occasion on which so important a musical engagement has been completed locally.
