E Although the programme for the visit of Prince Henry, Duke of Gloucester, lo New Zealand has not yet been comt pleted, it is expected that His Royal 3 Highness will, be requested to lay the foundation stones of the new Wellington railway station and the new Dunedi'j post office. Suggestions that the Prince should perform these ceremonies have been made in the proper quarter, and it is likely that they . will be favourably considered.
