BRIDGE AFTERNOON.
The Bowling Club's pavilion at Devonport yesterday afternoon was chosen for tlio bridge party given by the members of the Xorth Shore Croquet Club. The president, Mrs. R. G. Broughton, received the guests. Prizewinners were: Mrs. W. C. Beaumont (highest score), Mrs. Griffiths, sen. (hidden number), Mrs. Pitts (consolation prize), Mr. Flinn (gentleman's prize). Among the players were: Mesdames R. G. Broughton (president), W. F. M. Maclean (secretary), Powiey, Finch. R. Cooper, Brooks, Spinley, Bray, Latta, A. Bartley, W. Cotes, Millowes, Ardley, Keely, Berry, Smart, Spence, Bridgeman, Binsted, Fish, Pitts, Blackburn, Carl Prime, Howard, J. Gray, Clyde, J. Lowe, G. W. Ncwbegin, Mareehal, J. Toplis, W. B. Watson, R. Warren, R, Hay, A. T. Davics, A. T. Griffiths, Waddell, F. Warren, F. W. Beck, H. Cooper, J. Newell, W. C. Beaumont, Ford, Swan, Burton, R. Diuler, R.
