ANONYMOUS GIFT OF £500. The chairman of tlio board of the New Zealand Institute for the Blind, Mr. A. J. Hutchinson, received a welcome surprise this morning in the shape of a cheque for £500 for the institute. The sender of the cheque prefers to Temain anonymons.
