THE TITIRANGI CLTTB. BALLIN CUP SECOND ROUND. The second round of the Ballin Cup and consolation matches was played on Saturday by members of the Titirangi Golf Club. Results in the Ballin Cup :— T. One of the semi-finals of the Captain's Prize was played at Mlddlenioro, and resulted in a win for 11. Coverdale over N. Louisson nt the seventeenth. Though Coverdalo secured a commanding lead in the middle stages of the game, being 4 up n<. the thirteenth, there was a chance of Louisson pulling it out of the fire nt the seventeenth, where Coverdale was dor my 2. Both were bunkered witM their seconds aud Coverdale failing to get out, Louisson had a chance of taking the hole. He, too, failed to recover and a half in C, and a win to.
