WEATHER BECOMES MILDER. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. A moderate anti-cyclone covers the north Taxman Sea, but shallow westerly depressions are crossing the southTasrnan. The forecast is for light to moderate southerly to south-westerly winds; weather fair to fine, and "becoming milder; seas emooth to moderate.
WEATHER IN HAHRAKI GTTLF. The following report of weather conditions in the Hauraki Gulf was received from Tiritiri Island at noon to-day: Wind, west, light; sea, smooth; blue sky with detached clouds; visibility, good; barometer, steady, with rising tendency.
