UNIDENTIFIED MAN.
BODY AT TAKAPTJNA.
The body of an elderly man, who had not been identified up to noon to-day, was found in the water near the foot of Brett Avenue, Takapuna, yesterday afternoon. The man was about sft Sin in height, with grey hair and- moustache. His clothing included a -dark brown coat, cardigan and brown trousers. It was considered that the body had been in the water from 12 to 24 hours. An inquest was opened this afternoon.
