INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE. ROME, June 19. Australia and Argentina for the first time will have observers at the tenth International Wool Conference, to bs held during the next three days in Rome. Thirty papers will be discussed. The topics will include Japanese competition, the protection of credits abroad in the event of creditors' failure, the shutting of doors to markets and other restrictions; and plans for international wool arbitration. The discussion of Japanese competition will be contributed to by the British, French, German and Italian delegates.
