JUNIOR BOARD AFFAIRS. In view of .a communication from the Referes' Association expressing dissatisfaction it was decided last evening by the junior management committee of the Auckland Bugby League, with Mr. D. Wilkie presiding, to make further repre'sentations on the- subject _of the ruling .regarding the time of starting of •matches by-homo-teams. , « Ellerslie Club's application for transfer fee in respect of S. Midgley, now playing with Ponsonby, also was referred to the senior board. Invitations were received from the A.R.L. in connection with the farewell to Mr. F. W. Ellis, the retiring treasurer of the Auckland League. It was decided to ask the Mangere' Club to compel spectators to stand back on the bank at games staged 'there. ' .
