JOURNALIST FAREWELLED
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON,. Wednesday. Mr. T. M. Hinkley, who recently was appointed manager of the Sydney agency of the United Press Association, was the guest of the head office staff and friends at a farewell function held this afternoon. Mr. A. B. Lane, manager of the association, presided. Among those present were Mr. Louis Blundell (representing the board of directors), Mr. W. H. A tack (a former manager) and Air. Lindsay Buick. , , Mr. Hinkley leaves for Sydney by the Monowai on Friday.
