Belgian Mission to British Monarch. LAVISH RECEPTION ARRANGED. (British Official Wireless.) (Received 1.30 p.m.) RUGBY, June 13. A eemi-State landau from the Royal stable, with footmen dressed in scarlet, conveyed to Buckingham Palace the Due de Dursel and other members of the Belgian mission who came to England formally to inform the. King of the accession of King Leopold 111. They wore received by tho King in the State apartments. His Majesty, in .replying, referred to the profound sorrow which he and his family and people sensed at the untimely death of King Albert. "His loftiness of character and steadfastness of purpose in peace and in war alike will be held In lasting admiration and reverent memory in the countries of tho British Empire no less than in the land for whose liberties he so valiantly strove. "It is my earnest prayer that the proud recollection of King Albert's achievements may facilitate the task of his illustrious son to whom the sceptre has now passed, and that under His Majesty King Leopold 111., the Belgian nation may enjoy complete tranquillity and increasing prosperity." The Due de Dursel will place a wreath on the Cenotaph this afternoon, and on Thursday the members of the mission will be entertained at luncheon iby Their Majesties and will be the guests of the Government at a dinner at the Foreign Office. On Friday evening the mission will give a dinner in the Hyde Park Hotel.
