MOMENTOUS PARLEY. Mussolini and Hitler to Hold Conclave. AUSTRIA HAS HER SAY. (United P.A.—Electric Telegraph-Copyright) (Received 11 a.m.) LONDON, June 13. The ''Daily Telegraph" Rome correspondent says that the utmost secrecy is being maintained regarding the momentous meeting; of Signor Mussolini and Hen , Hitler. Berlin communiques are giving minute details of the event which is carefully left out of the Italian newspapers. Editors have boon forbidden to refer to the subject. Consequently, very few Italians know that the meeting is taking place. Elaborate precautions have been taken to ensure privacy at the villa where the meeting is to be held. A Vienna message states that on the eve of the Hitler-Mussolini meeting, the Austrian Government significantly submitted to Rome all material it could find to prove that Germany had inspired the terrorist activities which are sweeping through Austria. The Government docs not demand Signor Mussolini's assistance, but stresses that the terrorists damage Austrian economics and strike at the Rome pact. Austria is willing to restore friendship with Germany if Heir Hitler guarantees Austrian independence.
