RECIPROCAL TARIFF BILL. WASHINGTON', June 13. President Roosevelt last evening signed the new Tariff Bill. He immediately assumed power uncTer the new law to tix rates on all articles imported into the United States and to negotiate reciprocal trade agreements with other nations.
