REACHES CRISIS.
AUSTRIAN ANARCHY. "Shoot to Kill" Order Given Against Suspects. MORE BOMBING OUTRAGES. (United P.A.—Electric Telegraph-Copyright) (Received 1 p.m.) LONDON, June 12. A message from Vienna states that patrols watching the railways have been ordered to shoot to kill any suspected bombers. The latest outrages include the bombing of the Salzburg taxation office, also the railway crossing 14 miles from Vienna, over which Major Fey was soon after due to pass. An attempt was also made to wreck the Federal power station and the Forestry Department. The possession of explosives has been added to the offences for which the summary death penalty has been applied. The Vienna correspondent of the "Daily Mail"' states that the struggle of the Austrian Chancellor, Dr. Dollfuss, against anarchy has reached a crisis. The numerous bomb outrages have so angered the Viennese that reprisals are likely. The Government is enrolling and arming special constables in every village. Four hundred civil servants suspected of disloyalty have been dismissed, and rewards have been offered to other civil servants who expose the disloyalty of colleagues.
