The New Zealand Women's Association entertained Mrs. Eric Stevens, daughter of Sir James Parr, who has come to London to act as hostess for her father during the season (says our London correspondent). The party was held at the Grosvenor, in Park Lane, and many had come in their new spring hats, us the day was warm and bright. Mrs. Hal Williams received the guests, and Lady Wilford, the past-president, was among the number who find these reunions attractive. Mrs. Stevens, who is renewing acquaintance with London after seven years, looked very smart in brown, and among those who had come to the party were: Mrs. Christie, Miss Bailey, Mrs. Lindo Levien, Miss Orbell, Mr*. Harston, Mrs. Hugh Bailey, Mrs. T. C. Williamson, Mrs. Mill, Mrs. Forsyth, Lady Findlay, Mrs. Findlay, Miss Thurston, Mrs. Penfield, Miss Stella Murray, Mrs. West, Miss Kees, Miss Watson, Miss Evans, Miss Aitken, Mrs. Ching, Miss Bennett and about a hundred more, who milled around, like fish in a pond, in their delight of seeing each other, meeting old friends and making new ones, for that is the object of these New Zealand parties.
