THEFTS BY SCHOOL BOYS. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WAIHI, this day. Three school boys, aged between 13 and 14 years, appeared ui the Children's Court this morning charged with breaking and entering the premises of Mrs. O. .Burk, of Waihi Beach, and stealing a quantity of cigarettes, sweets, matches, soft drinks and sardines of a total value of £4 13/. Two of the boys, brothers, were committed to the care of the Child Welfare Department, and the case of the third was adjourned for three months in order to allow the child to be sent to the father, who does not live in the district. Orders for restitution were made against the parents.
