ATHENIAN CLUB.
The ladies of the Athenian Club gave an "Indian Night" last Saturday evening, under the direction of Miss Nora Kirkby. An Indian ballet by the pupils of Miss Cecil Hall was the opening item on the programme, which included items by Miss Ida Lock wood. Mr. R. Simmers, Miss Sybil Phillips, Mr. George Barnes and Mr. Stan Pr it chard. An orchestra provided suitable dance music. Among those present were: —Mrs. C. Mrs. Boyle, Mrs. Wilfred Wright, Mrs. Patterson, Mrs. Franchi, Mrs. O'Shea, Mrs. P. Brown, Mrs. Guy. Mrs. Bagliurst, Mrs. Clifton Lewis, Mrs. Colvillo, Mrs. Themlett, Misses Florence Bailey, B. Smith, D. Nutsford, G. Baghurst, Owens, Gwen Atkins, Hazel Rainey, Roseanno Lovell, Ida Lockwood, Carr, Sybil Phillips, Annan, Sheehan, Eileen Adkins, Meadows, K.
