SECONDARY SCHOOLS.
ASSISTANT MASTERS. The annual meeting of the Auckland Secondary Schools' Assistant Masters' Association was held on Saturday evening, when delegates who had attended the recent conference of the New Zealand association at Wellington presented reports, and Rear-Admiral F. Burges Watson delivered an address on, "Imperial Problems." A programme of vocal and musical items was rendered. It was reported that the Otahuhn Technical High School, Sacred Heart College and Dilworth School had joined the association. The following officers were elected:— President. Mr. H. B. Lusk; vice-presidents, Messrs. W. Caradus and C. M. Taylor; secretary, Mr. W. E. La Roche; treasurer, Mr. G. Mcß. Salt; auditor, Mr. W. J. Perry; musical organiser, Mr. F. M. Price; committee, Messrs. E. E. Bilkey. J. Tait, A. H. Hunt, H. M. Scott, W. H. Thomson, D. Gray, Dr. Hill and Brother Aloysius.
