A report from New York that Miss Tallulah Bankhead, the stage and screen actress, had become engaged during her stay in America was emphatically denied by Miss Bankhead in London las't month. The report stated "Miss Bankhead's engagement to a wealthy society man here is to be followed by his departure shortly for London.
