JUNIOR MANAGEMENT AFFAIRS.
At the meeting of the junior management committee of the Auckland Rugby League last evening, Mr. D. Wilkie presiding, it was decided to recommend to the senior board that the Mangere second grade team visit Tuakau to play a district thirteen on June 4. . The Ngaruawahia Club invited a team, preferably third intermediate, to travel to the . district at an early date, and the matter was left in tlie hands of the eecretary to make arrangements. In connection with the third open fixture between Ponsonby and Papakura, a player of the former being out of order, the -match was awarded to Papakura. The captain and coach of Richmond seventh B team were ordered to appear before the committee regarding misdemeanour at Grey Lynn Park. A Glenora fourth grade player was cautioned for unseemly behaviour in the match against 3Vlanukau. -A. third intermediate Manukau player whose weight was challenged, having not appeared, the match was awarded to Point Chevalier. Regrades: J. Hitclien and Poole, Devonport, to fifths; F. Lindesay, to Papakura third open; W. Johnson, City reserves, to Mangere seconds; B. Martin, City seconds, to Ponsonby third open; G. Banks, Ponsonby seconds, to Manukau third intermediates, subject to clearance. Transfers: L. R. Davis, Richmond, to Akarana third open; I. Ziegler, Richmond, to Newton; A. Burgess, Manukau third intermediate; T. W. Pont, Newton, to .Richmond sevenths; A. Jj. Roberts, City, to Ponsonby; W. O'Connor, Akarana, to Mount Albert third open. It was reported that a suitable ground shortly would be available at Onehunga.
