MANITIBI'S STEEPLECHASE. PRESIDENT'S TO LA POUPEE. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WAXGANUI, Saturday. The Rangitikei Racing Club's winter meeting was held to-day in fine weather. The track was a trille holding. The attendance was fair and the totalisator handled £4420, compared with £4205 at the February meeting.
