TUAKAU DISTRICT. The Tunknu District Sheepdog Trial Club's annual trials were liualised yesterday. Results — Short Head, Drive and Yard (SI entries). H. Buckley's (Port Wniknto) Fay, 55 points, 1 ; L. Bond's (Kohukoliu) Jock, 50, 2- M. Mackey's (I'ukekawa) Fame, 49, 3; Fraser Smith's ' (Awakino) Highland King, 48, 4. Head and Iluntaway (16 entries). —B. Ellis' (Wairamarama) Pal, 44 points, 1; F King's (Awakino) Don, 42, 2; Smith's Toss, 40, 3; It. Hoi lis' (Wairamarama) Tipperary, SS, 4. Zig-zag Kun til way (17 entries). —Smiths Tos.<, 4- points, 1 ; King's Don, 41, 2; llollis' Tipperary, 40, 3; J. Caswell's (Watramariuna) Scolt, 30, and Caswell's Dice, 30, equal, 4. WIIANGAREI COUNTY. The annual trials of the Whangarei County Sheepdog Trial Club, on Mr. D. •T. Finlayson's property. Kanio, were continued on Thursday in splendid weather and before a large attendance.
