NEW CITY HOTEL.
SCHEME IN DUNEDIN. (Bs Telegraph.—Special to "Star.") DUNEDIN, this day. Options over centrally-situated hotel freeholds have been secured by Licensed Freeholds, Ltd., a company which lias acquired Warners Hotel, in Christchurch. Within a few days the options probably will be exercised. Whatever site is decided upon, the new building to be erected will result in a worthy addition to tho city's architecture," states a Dunedin man associated with the company. _ The date for commencing the work will depend upon when possession of the existing j premises is secured, but it is hoped to make an early start in the provision of ' an hotel on the most modernised lines.
