EMPIRE MIGRATION.
Church of England Council's Settlement Work. PLANS FOR THE FUTURE. (Received 11 a.m.) LONDON, March 20. The Church of England Council for Knipire Settlement has circularised the clergy asking them to bring*before their congregations on April 22 the subject of the Church's care of her people taking up life overseas. The circular emphasises the importance of having plans laid against the time when the Dominions, having absorbed their unemployed, can welcome a large inflow from Britain.
