THE AUTUMN MEETING.

WHANGAREI, this day.
The programme for the Wliangarei Racing Club's autumn meeting, which will I take place on April 19 and 21, has been i approved by the District Committee. Stake money for the Stewards' Handicap and the Flying Handicap lias been increased by £15 in both instances, otherwise the programme and stake money are identical with that of the club's autumn meeting last year. The total stake money offering for the two days will be £1215. The club will again operate the win and place system of betting. A special horse train will be run from Auckland on April 18 and convey horses competing at the meeting free of charge.
