FRENCH REPLY TO BRITAIN. (British Official Wireless.) (Reccivcil 12.30 p.m.) RUGBY, February 21. The French Ambassador, M. Corbin, to-day handed to Sir John Simon the French Government's reply to the recent British Note on the revised French quotas, and the British Government's retaliatory duties.
