Swedish Prince Will Forgo Royal Rights. MARRY GERMAN COMMONER. (Received 0.30 a.m.) STOCKHOLM, February 21. The Crown Prince's second eon, Prince Sigvard, in shortly to become third member of the Swedish Royal Family to prefer romance to his Royal rights. It is announced that he is to marry in London l'raulein Erika i'atzek, the daughter of a Berlin merchant, Herr Anton I'atzek. The King and the Crown Prince are strongly opposed to the marriage.
