NO MORE REDUCTIONS.
FRENCH DEFENCE FORCES. (Received 2 p.m.) PARIS, February 14. The Army Commission of the Senate has passed a resolution that 1 ranee cannot further reduce her defence. The French military defence forces now total 420,000 men, against 553,000 in 1925.
