MAJOR DOUGLAS.
DUNEDIN CIVIC WELCOME. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) DUNEDIN', Wednesday. A civic welcome was extended to Major C. H. Douglas and Mrs. Douglas, who arrived at Dunedin this afternoon. The Mayor, the Rev. E. T. Cox, presided, and Miss M. H. M. King and the Rev. Percy Paris welcomed the visitors on behalf of the local branch of the Douglas Credit Association. Mr. A. Hope extended a welcome on behalf of the council or the Scottish Societies.
