BELGIAN CHARGES.
• GERMAN FORTIFICATIONS. BRUSSELS, February 12. The newspaper "Independence Beige" asserts that Germany has hastily constructed underground air ports, of which the Pomeranian specimen is a model. Powerful bombing aeroplanes have been stored in Reichswehr depots in Mecklenburg, North Germany. Twentylive hangars have been built near Berlin. "All this constitutes grave danger to Britain in the event of a battle," says the paper.
