SALE OF A RACEHORSE. MELBOURNE, February 12. Mrs. Ellen Neylon, in giving evidence in a case in which her husband. Richard Neylon, is seeking ail injunction to prevent Henry King from selling the racehorse Metallurgy, which Neylon claims was subject to a partnership arrangement with King, witness alleged that outside the court King has offered her £1000 not to allow the case to proceed. The hearing of the evidence was not - concluded to-day.
