WHEAT AND FLOUR STOCKS.
The '"'Wheat Grower" reports that the wheat .and flour stocks at November 30, 1933, were as follows: —Flour: Tons, 1933, 13,841; 1932, 13,482; wheat, bushels, 1933, 3,891,706; 1932, 1,359,056. The wheat year ends on February 28, and the three months from November 30 to that date are to be provided out of the stocks in hand. Adding the total of flour and wheat gives approximately 4,000,000 bushels. The estimated consumption for the final quarter on an annual average is 1,750,000 bushels, leaving a surplus of approximately 2,250,000 bushels to commence the new' year with.
