THE SUMMER MEETING. PROGRAMME FOR TO-MORROW. (By Telegraph.—Special to "Star.") The club has good cause to be pleased with the acceptances for the first day.' Even with the withdrawals of Mineryal, Cricket Bat, Rocket, Sweet Agnes, Tippling and; Palmary, a good field of thirteen will contest the Cup, which is a very open race. It is some years now since Wingatui trainers were so strongly represented in the Cup, Ventrac, Salmo Salar, C'hhota and Bold Brigand being trained at this centre, and the chances of Ventr-ac- and C'hhota are well fancied. These two tiorses have successfully stood up .to a very searching preparation, and will go to the post very fit. The following are likely to be well fancied:—
