SWIMMER'S TROUSERS STOLEN.
For stealing a pair of trousers valued tit 27/0 from the Onehunga swimming batlhi while the owner, Mr. W. J. .1. Vickory, was bathing in tlie Mamikau Earbour on January 28, Frank Parker, aged 19, was convicted at Onehunga this morning and ordered to come up for .sentence within 12 months if called upon, and to pay £1 13/0 costs.
Sergeant S. A. Brown produced the trousers and said they had been worn by Parker, and therefore should be paid for.
