NELSON TRIAL.
According to private advice received to-day, the trial of 0. F. Nelson at Apia, Samoa, which was adjourned on January 11, is to be resumed on Monday next before Chief Judge Luxford. The lengthy adjournment was due to the judge being in hospital with blood poisoning.
