NEW FASCIST PARTY.
Objective, a Corporate State In France. ARMED FORCE IF NEEDED. (Received 10 a.in.) PARIS, February 2. "Francistes" is the name taken by 10,000 French Fascists, whose leader, Bueart, a fiery, dark-haired Frenchman with a gallant war record, announces their objectives as follow:— Firstly, to overthrow the Parliamentary system by armed force if necessary. Secondly, a corporate Fascist State. Thirdly, friendship with Fascist Germany and Italy.
It is added that collectivism and capitalism differ in spirit, yet both produce unemployment, but the corporate State is a synthesis of order and liberty. France needs a unified, high command under a directorate of five persons.
