GOVERNOR OF FIJI.
BANANA TRADE DISCUSSION
(By Tclcßrnph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The Governor of Fiji, Sir Murchison Fletcher, arrived at Wellington this morning from Auckland to discuss certain trade and other matters with members of the Government. He was met at the station by the Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon. G. W. Forbes.
To-morrow Sir Murchison will confer with members of the Government in regard to the banana trade and medical services. He will be entertained at a private luncheon by the Prime Minister and members of the Cabinet on Thursday.
