YOUTHS FOR SENTENCE.
SUM OF MONEY STOLEN.
(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) OPOTIKI, this day. At the Police Court to-day, Jimmy Morris (17) and Noel Stirling (19) were jointly charged with breaking and entering the dwelling of Hoani Tiki, at Eaukokore, with intent to commit a crime, and with the theft of £37 in money and a cheque for £o, the property of Tiki. Constable Beasley represented the police. Morris was arrested in the East Coast district, and Stirling by Constable Beasley. One of the men when arrested had £10 in his possession. Both accused pleaded guilty to both charges, and were committed to the Auckland Supreme Court for sentence.
