Mr. Forbes says that art union proceeds have dropped from £14,000 to £5000. No one could expect anything else when tickets are sold from the North Cape to the Bluff in unlimited numbers. "Tatts" give you for 5/ the chance of 3514 prizes. Give us a State lottery, or thousands will go overseas every week. COMMON SENSE.
