The successful activities of tlie Dunedin Club in Auckland has suggested to Aucklanders resident in this city the idea of establishing an Auckland Club in Dunedin. along the same lines.. Inquiries show that there is a large number of people from Auckland permanently or senri-permanently settled in Dunedin, and it has been found that a big percentage would welcome the formation of such a club. A preliminary meeting has been held and a provisional committee is at present busy on the project, which should take definite form towards the end of the coming month, when it is proposed to call a public meeting of . crsons interested.
