CYCLONE PASSING.
TO-DAY'S WEATHER FORECAST (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The tropical cyclone appears gradually ■to be losing its. intensity. Pressure is relatively high over the Tasman Sea, while a westerly depression has passed east of the South Island. The forecast is for moderate to fresh south-westerly winds, with the weather fair to fin© and mild. Seas will be rather rough on the west coast and moderate on the east.
