SOUTHLAND BOARD BONDS

The Ne-w Zealand Office has issued the Southland Electric Power Board's announcement that all interest due ill London will be paid in sterling.
The New Zealand Government last September decided to pay the difference between New Zealand currency and sterling should the board decide not to pay in sterling.
