AUSTRALIAN PRODUCE. SYDNEY, January 1L Following are to-dny's quotations on the Svdnoy produce market: —Wheat: Bagged and bulk, nominally, 2/7% to 2/7. Flour: £11 10/ (including tax). Bran: £4. Pollard: £4 15/. Potatoes: Tasmanian, £6; local, new, £4. Onions: Victorian Globes, £5. Maize: 3/6 to 3/0. Adelaide prices are:—Wheat: Growers' lots, 2/3%. Flour: Bakers' lots, £7 2/8 (plus tax). Bran: £4 12/0. Pollard: £4 15/. Oats: Algerian, 1/10. Barley: 2/1 to .2/4. (Received 10.30 a.m.) MELBOURNE, this day. Wheat, 2/6 per bushel; flour, £7 per ton; bran, £4; pollard, £4 10/; oats, 2/4 to 2/5 per bushel; barley, English, 3/; maize, 4/ to 4/1; onions, fair demand, £3 to £3 5/ per ton. PRICES OF METALS. SILVER AND GOLD. (Received 10 a.m.) LONDON, January 11. Gold to-day is quoted at £6 7/1 per ounce. Silver is quoted at 10 3-16 d per ounce for spot delivery, and 19} id for forward. SUGAR BEET. (Received 1.30 p.m.) LONDON, January 11. Sugar beet ia quoted at 4/8 per cwt for February delivery. CHICAGO WHEAT VALUES. (Received 1.30 p.m.) CHICAGO, January 11. Wheat for delivery in May is quoted at 85% cents per bushel, for delivery in July at 83%, and for September delivery at 81% cents. ' SYDNEY TALLOW SALES. (Received 1.30 p.m.) SYDNEY, this day. At the tallow sales there was a small offering. The market was irregular. Prime £19 10/ to £20 per ton, dc»wn 10/; good," £18 to £19; fair to good, £17 to £17 10/.
