OLD HOME CHANGES HANDS. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, this day. A portion of one of the oldest estates in Hamilton, Hayslope Hillcreet, recently changed hands, the purchaser being Mr. J. M. McNicoi, of Ciaudelands. The original block consisted of 70 acres, and was subdivided at the time of the early military settlement. For years the property was owned by the late Mrs. Alice Hooper. The homestead is one of the oldest buildings in Hamilton, but ie still well preserved.
