HIGHWAYS BOARD VISIT. (By Telegraph.—rress Association.) """ WELLINGTON, Wednesday. Members of the Highways Board leave to-morrow night for an 18-week tour of the South Island, commencing in the Christchurch district. It is four years since such a tour was last made, and a great deal of work lias been done since then.
