FRANCO-GERMAN TRADE TALK. PARIS, December 25.
Tho Franco-German trade negotiations, which have been proceeding since early in November, have broken down and the German delegates have gone home. The newspapers state that the breakdown has occurred at an inauspicious moment, when political relations are delicate.
